Delaware/Maryland lasers

   Folks-

   Want  a nice sailing day for only $15?

   fresh surf bagels, green mountain coffee, and fruit juices.

   come out to lewes, delaware   for the first ever laser regatta on the
   delaware bay.

   Lewes Yacht Club is the venue for the delaware horseshoe crab regatta.

   they are pysched to be supporting laser racing in district 11.

   racing starts at noon.

   5 races are scheduled

   meeting at 11 am.

   optional dinner, $20

   three trophies for 1,2,3

   this regatta will governed by the racing rules of sailiing.

   there will be no throw outs.

   lewes yacht club is located in lewes, de. on the west end of cedar
   street at the roosevelt inlet.

   from route 1 south, turn onto kings highway, drive to savannah road at
   the zwaanendael museum, turn right, drive one mile over the
   lewes-rehoboth canal.

   from route 1 north from dover, annapolis and points north in delaware,
   in lewes turn east on to savannah road-"route 9", drive 5 miles, into
   town, cross the lewes-rehoboth canal. same drill as below.

   turn left onto cedar street. look for signs for "childrens beach
   house"

   about 1 mile through residential neighborhood and the lewes yacht club
   sits on the bay side
   across the street from the lyc marina.

   On sunday consider the Severn Sailing Association regatta series for
   $10, bring extra cash for the angry chef and you will be fed well.
