Laser 4.7 Worlds

I totally endorse Tracy Usher's message and add that there are new Lasers 
still available for charter  (hull and 4.7 spars) see

The championship represents a great opportunity for young sailors who are 
not yet big enough for the Laser Radial or young Laser Radial sailors who 
wish to race others of the same age.  To enter you have to be born in 1988 
or later.
