I would encourage all sailing instructions to be modified to read:

"Any person or persons lodging a protest on the basis of waterlogged 
foam blocks being replaced by cubitainers shall henceforwith be chained 
to aforementioned waterlogged foam blocks for all eternity or until 
they see fit to disavow said protest."
