Laser Dealers on the Fleet Directory

Greetings,

Based on an updated listing of North America Laser dealers provided by
Vanguard Sailboats, the dealers mapped on the "Laser Fleets Directory"
of drLaser are now updated.  Currently all of CANADA, and in the USA,
only WA, OR, ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, OH, IN, MA, NH, VT, and ME "fleet
areas" are covered.

The Directory hopefully provides an alternative way of locating your
local dealers, and of course -  unlike the Vanguard text based listing
of dealers in each state/province - is able to show you on a regional
map the location of each nearby dealer.

Dealers that are on-line are linked from the Fleet Directory so that you
can send them an e-mail with a click of your mouse. I hope that this
will motivate those dealers that are not on-line to get on-line, or if
they are already on-line, to update their info on the Vanguard database.

Also, since the Fleet Directory shows only the areas where there are
established Laser fleets, those dealers in areas which are far away from
any Laser fleets are not covered.  Let's hope that this plays at least a
minuscule role in motivating these dealers to play some part in starting
up new Laser fleets in their own areas.
