2001 Canadians SA info

Upon noticing Andy's post...

Sailing Area details of the Jericho Sailing Centre where the 2001
Canadian Laser and Laser Radial Championships will be held are now
published on the Fleet Directory.

The SA information (all links to docs elsewhere) includes:

0. The NOR posted on this List;
1. A synopsis of typical prevailing winds on the English Bay (the Race
Area);
2. Race Area Tips covering the landscape, current and wind speeds, and
commercial traffic issues.
3. A synopsis of tides, current differentials over the SA, back eddies,
etc.
4. Radar imagery of the area;
5. Wind forecasts (if the server is up!)

A nautical chart of the area will be added if I can get my hands on it.
(Andy: Do you have one???)
