District 18 fleets & the "OHIO Circuit"

As per Tom's request, all District 18 fleets are now added to the Fleet
Directory at the URL
    http://www.RoosterGraphics.com/drlaser/FAQ/Fleets
That's six fleets around Columbus and three in the Indianapolis area.

It's a rush job! So far, I only have the basic info that appears on "The
Laser Sailor", plus the regional maps, city maps, and the sailing area
level maps whenever I could figure out exactly where these fleets were
sailing, plus some direct launch area addresses that I could dig out
from "YellowPages".

As per Tom's request, I would like to invite all these District 18
fleets (any any other ones that may not even be mentioned) to submit
"Where to Sail" information for the Fleet Directory.

If your fleet is already there, just click on the REVISIONS button and
make your revisions / additions. If you fleet is not even listed, drop
me a line with the exact address of your launch area and we'll go from
there...
