As long as Bruce Kirby owns all the licenses for the boat, I'd think the 
restrictions will last at least until he dies, and possibly until all his 
ancestors die off, too.

We really should probably ask him what the provisions in his Will are for 
passing on the Laser manufacturer licenses, I suppose.
