I am going to finish a Lou multi-directional multi strip solid woods plank. I assume a symetrical finish would mean less twist.

The wing approach of the Kent planks looks sexy, but do we really want lift (of whatever magnitude?) on the back end of the plank?

Is the preferred approach to equally take material off the top forward and aft edges to approximate the least air and drift resistance? (minimal rounding on the bottom and leave it flat?)

I would appreciate any thoughts.

Thank you very much,
